• Pick Up
    The "2 minute drill" rule
    • Eagle Star Transport will abide by the "2 minute drill" rule.
    • A 2 minute-max waiting period will be allowed at the "determined" time of pick-up.
    • If, after the 2 minutes, the passenger(s) calls and request shuttle to return for pick-up, an additional $5 per passenger will be assessed to that day's cost for the requesting client.
    • Eagle Star Transport reserves the right to reject request(s) based on availability and time schedule.
    • No refunds will be given if passenger(s) are left behind due to violation of the "2 minute drill" rule
    • Passenger(s) will only be picked up at the "pick-up location address" stated on the current contract.
    • If changes need to be made to pick-up location, Eagle Star Transport needs to be notified, by phone, at least 10 hours prior to the "determined" pick-up time.
    • An additional $5 fee per passenger will be assessed if Eagle Star Transport is not notified, by phone, 10 hours prior to the "determined" pick-up time.
    • If client does not notify at least 10 hours prior, Eagle Star Transport reserves the right to reject the requested change to pick-up location.
    • No refunds will be given if passenger(s) are not picked up due to any violation of the stated procedures.

  • Drop Off
    • Passenger(s) will only be dropped-off at the "drop-off location address" stated on the current contract.
    • If changes need to be made to drop-off location, Eagle Star Transport needs to be notified, by phone, at least 10 hours prior to the drop-off.
    • An additional $5 fee per passenger will be assessed if Eagle Star Transport is not notified, by phone, 10 hours prior to the drop-off.
    • If client does not notify at least 10 hours prior, Eagle Star Transport reserves the right to reject the requested change to drop-off location.
    • No refunds will be given if passenger(s) are not dropped off due to any violation of the stated procedures.
  • Types of Contracts
    • A signed contract must be submitted and on file before initial pick-up.
    • A separate contract must be submitted and filed for each individual passenger.
    • Contracts are only classified as being either "weekly" or "monthly".
    • "Weekly" Contracts are defined as a written agreement of service for one week beginning Monday and ending Friday of the same week.
    • "Monthly" Contracts are defined as a written agreement of service for one month.
    • All services rendered must be constituted by either of the aforementioned contracts.

  • Pick-up/Drop-off Procedures
    • By State Law, the driver is in charge of the shuttle.
    • Disobedience of the driver's instructions or willful breaking of rules, which endangers the safety of other riders, may be cause for temporary or permanent suspension of shuttle riding privileges.
    • Each passenger shall follow any and all directions given by the shuttle driver.
    • Passengers are to remain seated until the shuttle reaches your destination.
    • Passengers may talk in a normal voice to seat mates.  Loud talking or shouting may distract the driver.  
    • Complete silence is required when the shuttle stops for a railroad crossing.
    • During inclement weather, passengers are asked to keep noise level lower than usual.
    • Eagle Star Transport will determine time of pick-up/drop-off.
  • Payment Procedures
    • Payments must be made in full before first pick-up of the week/month.
    • For "weekly" contracts, payment must be submitted and received before Monday pick-up.
    • For "monthly" contracts, payment must be submitted and received before first pick-up of the month.
    • An additional fee of $5 per day will be added for late payments- for any reason- not to exceed 1 week.
    • Acceptable forms of payment includes: cash or check. Coming soon credit card (visa, mastercard, discover), debit card, and paypal.
    • If check payment, checks must be submitted by previous Friday for "weekly" payments, or by the weekday (Mon-Sat) prior to the first day of the new month for "monthly" payments.
    • Passenger(s) will not be picked up if check does not process prior to pick-up.
    • An additional 10% fee will be assessed for each processed check.
    • An additional $50 fee will be assessed to client for each returned check.
  • Additional Charges
    • Additional charges will be assessed to client for each passenger that is dropped-off at a location outside servicing area.
    • Additional charges will be assessed to client for each passenger that urinates or vomits in shuttle during any provided service.
    • Additional charges will be assessed to client for each and any passenger induced damage(s) to Eagle Star Transport Property and/or Image.

  • Change/Modification to Contracts:
    Any Change(s) or Modification(s) of any kind are not valid until both parties have signed off on the changed and/or modified contract.
  • Zero-Tolerance Rule
    • Absolutely no fighting, horse playing, or teasing
    • Absolutely no profanity, disrespectful language or obscene gestures
    • Absolutely no smoking
    • Absolutely no drugs
    • Absolutely no alcoholic beverages
    • Absolutely no open containers of any kind
    • Absolutely no guns or harmful weapons of any kind
    • No shoes no shirt? No service!

    Violation of any rule or procedure is grounds for termination of contract with no refunds.
  • Inclement Weather
    In the event of severe weather refer to the following media outlets for work cancellations:

    KJCK 1420 AM / 97.5 FM / KQLA 103.5 FM / SUNNY 102.5 FM / KMAN 1350 AM / K-ROCK 101.5 FM / Fort Riley Channel 2 and Topeka Area Television Stations.

    If work is cancelled, no service will be provided.

    If work is not cancelled, service will proceed at Eagle Star's discretion, following ALL pick-up/drop-off procedures.
